Baseball Preview: Ocean View Seahawks vs. Fullerton Indians
The Ocean View Seahawks will head out on the road to square off against the Fullerton Indians at 3:15 p.m. on Friday. The last three games Ocean View has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
Having struggled with four losses in a row, Ocean View turned things around against Arlington on Tuesday. They skirted past the Lions 4-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Seahawks have posted since March 10th.
Meanwhile, after only one run in their last matchup, Fullerton made sure to put some runs up on the board against Laguna Hills on Tuesday. The Indians put the hurt on the Hawks with a sharp 12-1 win. Fullerton was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .452. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Laguna Hills only posted a batting average of .231.
Ocean View's record is now 7-18. As for Fullerton, their record now sits at 15-8.
