Soccer Game Preview: Palm Bay vs. Rockledge

Palm Bay hasn't had much luck against Rockledge recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Pirates will challenge the Raiders at 7:00 p.m.

Palm Bay managed to keep up with Heritage until halftime on Thursday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Pirates lost 4-0 to the Panthers.

Meanwhile, after failing to score in their last matchup, Rockledge made sure to put some goals up on the board against Mainland on Thursday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Buccaneers an 8-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for Rockledge, who have now won five contests by three goals or more so far this season.

Rockledge now has a winning record of 7-6-1. As for Palm Bay, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-13.

Palm Bay might still be hurting after the 8-0 loss they got from Rockledge when the teams last played back in January of 2025. Can the Pirates avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
