Volleyball Recap: Poudre Community Academy Takes a Loss

Poudre Community Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 19th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the William Smith Eagles, falling 3-0. The Warriors were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in November of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-13, 25-10, 25-19.

Poudre Community Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-18. As for William Smith, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-16.

Poudre Community Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Liberty Tree Academy on the 27th. As for William Smith, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Aurora West College Prep Academy on the 29th.
