Chester has gone 10-0 against West Central recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Chester Flyers will venture away from home to face off against the West Central Trojans at 7:00 p.m. Chester is looking to tack on another W to their 15-game streak on the road dating back to last season.

Last Tuesday, everything went Chester's way against Tri-Valley as Chester made off with a 3-0 victory.

Chester's not only won, but also showed off some consistency: keeping Tri-Valley between 15 and 18 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-18, 25-15.

Chester can attribute much of their success to Lexi Bauman, who had nine digs and six aces, and Gracie Huntimer, who had 12 digs. Huntimer is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in the last 17 games she's played dating back to last season.

Chester was lethal from the service line and finished the game with ten aces. They are a perfect 7-0 when they serve at least ten aces.

Meanwhile, West Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell 3-1 to McCook Central/Montrose.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-13, 17-25, 25-15.

Chester's win bumped their record up to 21-2. As for West Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-11.

Everything went Chester's way against West Central when the teams last played back in October of 2023, as Chester made off with a 3-0 victory. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was West Central's Jocelyn Nilson, who had 26 digs.
