Soccer Recap: Grace Christian Takes a Loss

Grace Christian and New Covenant squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Grace Christian had to settle for second. They came up short against the Gryphons, falling 3-0. The match was a close 1-0 at the break, but unfortunately for Grace Christian it sure didn't stay that way.

Grace Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 12-9-2. As for New Covenant, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 16-4-1.

Grace Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for New Covenant, they will square off against Veritas School at 2:30 p.m. on Monday.
