Corcoran and Woodlake are an even 5-5 against one another since October of 2015, but not for long. The Panthers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Tigers at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Corcoran has given up an average of 27.8 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Corcoran is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They fell 43-32 to Granite Hills on Friday. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Corcoran didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Brayden Espinoza and Aiden Raya. Corcoran got some further help from Juan Chavez: he picked up a sack and made 15 total tackles.

Meanwhile, Woodlake strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They walked away with a 22-14 win over Lindsay.

Corcoran's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Woodlake, their victory bumped their record up to 4-0.

Corcoran came out on top in a nail-biter against Woodlake in their previous meeting back in September of 2024, sneaking past 24-21. Do the Panthers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Tigers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
