Schaumburg gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Rolling Meadows Mustangs by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Saxons, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

While Schaumburg won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 25-9.

Schaumburg has already played their next match (against Barrington), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Rolling Meadows, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Lake Zurich on the 2nd.
