Volleyball Recap: Crowley County Triumphs

After losing to Kim/Branson the last time they met, Crowley County decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Chargers came out on top against the Mustangs by a score of 2-0 on Saturday.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Crowley County took both sets by at least 13 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-12.

Crowley County's victory bumped their record up to 8-12. As for Kim/Branson, they dropped their record down to 2-17 with the loss, which was their tenth straight on the road.

Coincidentally, Crowley County and Kim/Branson will both be playing Calhan the next time they take the court. The Chargers will host the Bulldogs at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Mustangs will play them later in the day, at 9:30 a.m.
