Basketball Recap: Shelbyville Central Now 7-1 over Last Eight Games

Shelbyville Central hadn't done well against Warren County recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Shelbyville Central Golden Eagles took down the Warren County Pioneers & Lady Pioneers 63-49. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 50-43 back in January.

Shelbyville Central has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a massive bump to their 10-6 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.6 points per game. As for Warren County, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-13 record this season.
