Football Recap: Kennebunk Comes Up Short in High-Profile Game with Westbrook + How To Watch

Kennebunk faced Westbrook in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Rams lost 20-0 to the Blue Blazes. The matchup marked the first time this year in which the Rams were not able to get on the board.

Leading Westbrook to victory were Cole Tanner and Giovanni Staples. Tanner rushed for 69 yards and a pair of TDs on only nine carries, while Staples rushed for 56 yards on only seven carries.

Having lost for the first time this season, Kennebunk fell to 5-1. As for Westbrook, their victory was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-1.
