Football Recap: Greenville Christian Takes a Loss

After flying high against Savoy last Friday, Greenville Christian came back down to earth. The Eagles were beaten by the Wylie Prep Academy Patriots 84-48 on Saturday. The loss was the Eagles' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Greenville Christian fell to 4-1. As for Wylie Prep Academy, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Greenville Christian will welcome Fannindel at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Eagles will need to watch out since the Falcons have now posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season. As for Wylie Prep Academy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Heritage Christian at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
