Berkmar was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Tucker apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2022.
Leading Tucker to victory were Ka'nya Hairston and Jaymee Carter. Hairston scored 15 points, while Carter scored 19 points. Hairston has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last three times she's played.
Berkmar bumped their record down to 1-17 with that defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for Tucker, their victory bumped their record up to 4-10.
Berkmar will head out on the road to face off against Discovery at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Tucker, they will be playing at home against M.L. King at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Georgia (M.L. King is ranked 469th, while Tucker is ranked 468th).
