Volleyball Recap: Colfax Comes Up Short

Colfax was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Regis Ramblers. If the Vikings were looking for revenge after losing 3-2 to the Ramblers when the teams met back in October of 2018, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Colfax's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Regis, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season.

Colfax will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Durand-Arkansaw at 7:00 p.m. on the 18th. As for Regis, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Columbus Catholic on the 6th.
