There's no place like home for ThunderRidge, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Douglas County Huskies with a sharp 7-0 win on Thursday. Considering ThunderRidge's offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Their offense was hitting Douglas County from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Kensington Berns led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

The victory got ThunderRidge back to even at 4-4-3. As for Douglas County, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11.

Coming up, ThunderRidge will be playing at home against Regis Jesuit at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Regis Jesuit will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something ThunderRidge surely won't give up without a fight. As for Douglas County, they will take on Doherty at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
