Friday just wasn't the day for McKinley's offense. They took a blow against the Liberty Leopards on Friday, falling 35-0. The Red Dragons' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it nine in a row dating back to last season.

Joey Lehman threw for 55 yards on eight of 16 attempts.

McKinley's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Liberty, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, McKinley will look to defend their home field on Friday against Ravenna at 7:00 p.m. As for Liberty, they will head out to challenge John F. Kennedy Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
