Softball Recap: Snohomish Comes Up Short

Snohomish and Mt. Spokane squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Snohomish had to settle for second. They came up short against the Wildcats, falling 10-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Panthers have suffered since March 26th.

This is the second loss in a row for Snohomish and nudges their season record down to 16-7. As for Mt. Spokane, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 29-1.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Wildcats beat Snohomish by a score of 10-4 later that day.
