Soccer Game Preview: Florida State University High School vs. Mosley

The Florida State University High School Seminoles will take on the Mosley Dolphins in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams each escaped with close wins against their previous opponents.

Florida State University High School is headed into the contest without a loss and will look to keep things rolling. They never let Lincoln onto the board and left with a 1-0 victory on Thursday. Given the Seminoles' advantage in MaxPreps' Florida soccer rankings (they are ranked 59th, while the Trojans are ranked 237th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Florida State University High School's one-goal win came courtesy of Bella Fontenot, who's now up to five this season.

Meanwhile, Mosley sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over North Bay Haven Academy on Monday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Dolphins.

Mosley's victory bumped their record up to 8-2-1. As for Florida State University High School, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 7-0-2 record this season.
