Baseball Game Preview: NV - Demarest Norsemen vs. Tenafly Tigers

NV - Demarest has gone 8-2 against Tenafly recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Norsemen will head out to take on the Tigers at 4:15 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

NV - Demarest is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 15 runs on Wednesday, they were much more limited against Passaic Valley on Saturday. They fell just short of the Hornets by a score of 2-1. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Meanwhile, Tenafly was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They came up short against Dwight-Englewood, falling 21-5.

NV - Demarest's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Tenafly, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-9.

NV - Demarest was able to grind out a solid win over Tenafly in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, winning 9-4. Do the Norsemen have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Tigers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
