Rosemead had lost five straight headed into Wednesday's matchup, but Alyssa Huyhn didn't let it get to six. The Panthers came out on top against the Mountain View Vikings by a score of 3-1 on Wednesday with plenty of help from Huyhn, who had 16 digs and six assists. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 13 or more in each of the last seven games she's played.

Rosemead was especially dominant in the fourth set. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-16, 24-26, 25-13.

Rosemead's victory was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 2-6. As for Mountain View, their defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-13.

Coming up, Rosemead will host Arroyo at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Mountain View, they will square off against Walnut at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
