Perry and Washington are an even 4-4 against one another since April of 2021, but likely not for long. The Panthers will face off against the Tigers at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Perry has given up an average of 9.1 runs per game this season, but Wednesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Perry came out on top in a nail-biter against Washington in their previous matchup back in May of 2025, sneaking past 1-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Panthers since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
