Basketball Recap: DeRuyter Takes a Loss

DeRuyter lost against Madison Central back in March and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Rockets took a 77-70 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Blue Devils. The Rockets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

DeRuyter's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Madison Central, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. DeRuyter will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Moravia at 5:00 p.m. on the 29th. As for Madison Central, they will be home for the holidays to greet Town of Webb at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
