Volleyball Recap: St. Pius X Beats Bayless for Their Fourth Straight Win

St. Pius X entered their tilt with Bayless on Wednesday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Bronchos. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Lancers also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-19, 25-10, 22-25, 25-13.

Reece Archer paced St. Pius X's offense, picking up 17 kills. Archer got some help from Manny Verzola and his 46 assists.

St. Pius X pushed their record up to 11-4 with the win, which was their third straight at home. As for Bayless, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-8.

Looking ahead, St. Pius X will look to defend their home court on Friday against Oakville at 4:30 p.m. As for Bayless, they will challenge Collegiate Medicine & Bioscience at 5:45 p.m. on Friday.
