Volleyball Recap: Warrensburg Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

It was a proper cat-fight when Warrensburg took on Crest Ridge on Saturday. The Tigers walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Cougars. The win was familiar territory for the Tigers, who have now won three contests in a row.

Warrensburg never let Crest Ridge on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-18.

Delaney Fleeman paced Warrensburg's offense, picking up ten kills. Fleeman got some help from Kyla Dunn and her 16 assists.

Warrensburg's victory bumped their record up to 12-8-1. As for Crest Ridge, they now have a losing record of 7-8.

Warrensburg didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 1-1 draw against California on the 4th. As for Crest Ridge, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Santa Fe on the 4th.
