Volleyball Recap: Tri-County RVT Comes Up Short

Tri-County RVT and Bourne squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Tri-County RVT had to settle for second. They lost 3-0 to the Canalmen.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-12, 25-16.

Bourne can attribute much of their success to Avery Morrill, who had 11 digs. Morrill has been hot for a while, having posted ten or more digs the last ten times she's played.

Tri-County RVT's defeat dropped their record down to 8-12. As for Bourne, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 14 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-3 record this season.

As of now, neither Tri-County RVT nor Bourne have any future games scheduled.
