Football Recap: Audubon Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Audubon can now relate to. They were beaten by the Glassboro Bulldogs 41-0 on Thursday. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Green Wave haven't been shut out since back in September.

This is the second loss in a row for Audubon and nudges their season record down to 2-6. As for Glassboro, their victory bumped their record up to 10-0.

Coming up, after both having extra time off, Audubon and Pitman will shake off the cobwebs and hit the field against one another at 6:00 p.m. on the 12th. As for Glassboro, they will welcome Salem at 6:00 p.m. on the 7th. The Rams' defense has only allowed 13.2 points per game this season, so the Bulldogs' offense will have their work cut out for them.
