Volleyball Game Preview: Bishop Gorman Gaels vs. Carson Senators + How To Watch

After both having extra time off, the Bishop Gorman Gaels and the Carson Senators will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:20 p.m. on Friday. Bishop Gorman will be looking to extend their current eight-game winning streak.

Bishop Gorman is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Saturday. They blew past Coronado 3-0.

Bishop Gorman relied on the efforts of Chloe Lopez, who had 14 digs and two assists, and Sienna Gostanian, who had six digs and two aces. That's the most aces Gostanian has posted over her last six matchups.

Meanwhile, Carson faced Bishop Manogue in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Senators fell 3-1 to the Miners. The Senators haven't had much luck with the Miners recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Carson's defeat dropped their record down to 23-7. As for Bishop Gorman, their win bumped their record up to 31-8.
