Meadowbrook Academy had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 25.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Redeemer Christian Lions as they made off with a 60-34 victory. The Mustangs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 matchups by 26 points or more this season.

Meadowbrook Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Luke Charske led the charge by going 6 of 10 from beyond the arc en route to 20 points and six boards. Charske is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Gaige Daugherty, who posted seven points along with six steals and five assists.

Meadowbrook Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 21 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive boards they've posted since back in November of 2024.

Redeemer Christian's loss came despite strong showings from Graidy Hughes and Jackson LaFirst. Hughes dropped a double-double on 11 points and 12 rebounds, while LaFirst scored nine points. The dominant performance also gave Hughes a new career-high in assists (four). Sam DiBlasi also deserves some recognition as he posted his first assist of the season.

Meadowbrook Academy's win was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 16-4. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 26.9 points. As for Redeemer Christian, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-15 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Meadowbrook Academy will face off against Mount Dora Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Mount Dora Christian Academy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 66.6 points per game this season. As for Redeemer Christian, they will challenge St. John Lutheran at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
