Volleyball Game Preview: Bamberg-Ehrhardt Red Raiders vs. Allendale-Fairfax Tigers

The Bamberg-Ehrhardt Red Raiders will head out on the road to square off against the Allendale-Fairfax Tigers at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Bamberg-Ehrhardt has 11 straight wins, Allendale-Fairfax has eight straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

On Thursday, Bamberg-Ehrhardt beat Denmark-Olar 3-1.

The final score came out to 25-22, 25-12, 20-25, 25-6.

Meanwhile, Allendale-Fairfax lost 3-0 to Hardeeville last Thursday.

While Allendale-Fairfax was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Hardeeville's winning margin in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-17, 25-21.

Bamberg-Ehrhardt's victory bumped their record up to 11-0. As for Allendale-Fairfax, their loss dropped their record down to 0-8.

Bamberg-Ehrhardt took their win against Allendale-Fairfax when the teams last played on September 11th by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Red Raiders since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
