Softball Recap: Nanakuli Golden Hawks vs. Campbell Sabers
Nanakuli was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 21-10 to the Campbell Sabers. Even if the Golden Hawks couldn't come away with the victory, the high-scoring effort was a great turnaround for their hitters, which had struggled int the games prior.
Jhanz Kaawa-Kawai made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. Another player making a difference was Jenna Ku, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3.
