Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask The Colony). They blew past the Newman Smith Trojans 19-2 on Tuesday. The Cougars haven't had any issues with the Trojans recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive win against them.

The Colony's victory bumped their record up to 6-12. As for Newman Smith, they dropped their record down to 0-19 with the loss, which was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, The Colony will welcome Highland Park at 6:45 p.m. on Friday. The Cougars are facing the Scots at the right time seeing as the Scots are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Newman Smith, they will venture away from home to take on Reedy at 6:45 p.m. on Friday. The Lions will roll in looking for their 11th straight win, something the Trojans surely won't give up without a fight.
