Basketball Recap: Leto Takes a Loss

Leto lost against Plant back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Leto Falcons had to suffer through a 70-34 loss at the hands of the Plant Panthers. The Falcons' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it five in a row.

Leto's loss came despite strong showings from Damian Gobea and Kenneth Riggs. Gobea posted 12 points, while Riggs earned eight points.

Leto's loss dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Plant, their win bumped their record up to 9-3.

Leto wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 46-32 defeat against Springstead on the 2nd. Plant has also already played their next game, a 54-41 victory against Land O' Lakes on the 2nd.
