Softball Recap: Commerce Raiders vs. Mahar Regional Senators

Commerce proved they can win big on Thursday (they won by nine) and on Monday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Mahar Regional Senators 6-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Raiders have posted since April 1st.

Adrianna Medina spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned runs on six hits and racked up 14 Ks. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't tossed less than nine strikeouts in ten consecutive appearances.
