Football Game Preview: Forest Wildcats vs. Timber Creek Wolves

The Forest Wildcats are taking a road trip to take on the Timber Creek Wolves at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (Forest 8.9, Timber Creek 3.4) so any points scored will be well earned.

Forest heads in on the heels of a playoff matchup on Wednesday. They took a 7-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of DeLand.

Meanwhile, Timber Creek waltzed into their game on Thursday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They came out on top against the Grenadiers by a score of 13-6. Given the Wolves' advantage in MaxPreps' Florida football rankings (they are ranked 36th, while the Grenadiers are ranked 145th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Forest's loss dropped their record down to 10-4. As for Timber Creek, their victory bumped their record up to 13-3.
