Farmington dropped their record down to 15-11 on Wednesday, which also ended the team's three-game streak of wins. They fell just short of the Abingdon/Avon Tornadoes by a score of 7-6. If the Farmers were looking for revenge after losing 5-1 to the Tornadoes when the teams met back in May of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The Tornadoes will also cruise into their next matchup with the timing on their side: the Princes will have lost three straight heading into Thursday's game.
