Basketball Recap: Park Hill Victorious

Park Hill hadn't done well against Lee's Summit West recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Park Hill Trojans walked away with a 61-50 win over the Lee's Summit West Titans. For the Trojans, this counts as revenge for the 75-46 victory the Titans walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2023.

Park Hill now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Lee's Summit West, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Park Hill didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 57-48 win against Rock Bridge on the 19th. Lee's Summit West and Blue Springs South will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Blue Springs South knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully Lee's Summit West likes a good challenge.
