Basketball Recap: Van Buren County Comes Up Short

Van Buren County lost against Bledsoe County back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Van Buren County Eagles fell 55-43 to the Bledsoe County Warriors. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Van Buren County's record is now 9-8. As for Bledsoe County, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 9-8.

Looking ahead, Van Buren County will venture away from home to square off against Moore County at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bledsoe County, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, an 89-45 win against Whitwell on the 10th.
