Zak Novak gave up the fewest hits he has over his last three matches on Friday. He turned in nothing short of a gem, tossing five innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off four hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.
