Arrowhead had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Bay Port Pirates on Friday, sneaking past 18-15. The win was familiar territory for the Warhawks, who have now won nine contests in a row.

Nolan Hanson threw for 63 yards and one TD. Harper Hughes was his top target, picking up 41 receiving yards and one score. On the ground, Jebari Craig Jr. rushed for 62 yards.

Bay Port's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Matt Stevens, who rushed for 132 yards and one touchdown, and also threw for 134 yards on nine of 15 attempts. Brady Moon helped out on the ground, rushing for 80 yards and a rushing touchdown.

Arrowhead's victory bumped their record up to 13-1. As for Bay Port, the defeat snapped their winning streak at five games and leaves them with a 11-3 record.

As of now, neither Arrowhead nor the Pirates have any future games scheduled.
