Softball Game Preview: Grayville Bison vs. Oblong Panthers

The Grayville Bison will challenge the Oblong Panthers at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Grayville is coming into the contest on a five-game losing streak.

Waltonville hit Grayville with a six-run first inning two weeks ago, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Bison lost 12-2 to the Spartans.

Bella Morris made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went a perfect 1-for-1 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Oblong came into Monday's game having lost eight straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. Their pitchers stepped up to hand Dugger Union a 16-0 shutout on Monday. The Panthers not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since April 2nd (when they won 23-6).

Oblong's win bumped their record up to 4-12. As for Grayville, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-10.
