Football Recap: Bryant Wins Going Away Against Far Rockaway

Bryant won against Campus Magnet last Saturday with 22 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Saturday. The Owls were the clear victors by a 22-0 margin over the Far Rockaway Seahorses. The Owls were shut out 47-0 the last time they took on the Seahorses, so the Owls were just returning the favor.

Bryant can attribute much of their success to Mahdi Kobeissi, who rushed for 83 yards on only five carries.

Bryant has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 8 points this season. As for Far Rockaway, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Bryant and Far Rockaway will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matchups. The next time the Owls see the field they'll take on Columbus on the 5th. As for Far Rockaway, their break will end when they face Campus Magnet on the 5th.
