Baseball Recap: Lanesville Finds Home Field Redemption Against South Central

There's no place like home for Lanesville, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the South Central Rebels on Tuesday, sneaking past 8-6. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Eagles have posted since April 5, 2024.

The team relied heavily on Jaxson Payne, who scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of Jeremy Guffey, who went 1-for-3 with four RBI.
