Preview: River Dell Golden Hawks vs. North Bergen Bruins

On Friday, River Dell beat Secaucus by the very same score they won with last week: 66-39. The victory made it back-to-back wins for River Dell.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead River Dell to victory, but perhaps none more so than Liam Hickey, who scored 23 points. Those 23 points set a new season-high mark for him. Sean Golden was another key contributor, scoring 16 points along with three blocks.
North Bergen can finally bid farewell to their five-game losing streak dating back to last season thanks to their game on Thursday. They blew past Fort Lee 53-33. That looming 53-33 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for North Bergen yet this season.
The victory got River Dell back to even at 3-3. As for North Bergen, their win bumped their record up to 1-4.
River Dell lost to North Bergen on the road by a decisive 55-41 margin in their previous matchup back in December of 2022. Can River Dell avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
