Soccer Recap: Arendell Parrott Academy Comes Up Short

After flying high against Liberty Christian Academy last Friday, Arendell Parrott Academy came back down to earth. The Arendell Parrott Academy Patriots fell just short of the Greenfield Knights by a score of 2-1 on Tuesday. The Patriots were not able to make up for their defeat to the Knights from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

Arendell Parrott Academy's goal came courtesy of Lainey Lewis, who's now up to three this season.

Arendell Parrott Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Greenfield, their victory bumped their record up to 5-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Arendell Parrott Academy will challenge Coastal Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Greenfield, they will square off against Cape Fear Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The contest will give Cape Fear Academy their first taste of in-conferenceaction this season.
