Joel Barlow came tearing into Wednesday's matchup with six straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3.7 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 10-1 margin over the Weston Trojans. Considering the Falcons have won six contests by more than seven runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Billy Bardani was incredible, going 3-for-4 with three runs and two RBI. Those three runs gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Logan Kady, who went 3-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Joel Barlow kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least nine hits in four consecutive games.

Joel Barlow's win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-1. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for Weston, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-9.
