Basketball Recap: Sam Kuiken and Kamerin Edmonds Secure Win for Tamarac

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Tamarac had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They managed a 59-54 victory over the Corinth Riverhawks. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bengals.

Leading Tamarac to victory were Kamerin Edmonds and Sam Kuiken. Edmonds went 7-for-16 en route to 19 points and five steals, while Kuiken posted 19 points and six rebounds. Kuiken continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Jacob Price, who scored eight points.

Tamarac's win bumped their record up to 13-8. As for Corinth, their loss dropped their record down to 15-6.

Tamarac wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 53-44 defeat against Hoosick Falls on the 1st. Corinth does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
