Softball Recap: Sanford-Fritch Comes Up Short

Sanford-Fritch and Clarendon squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Sanford-Fritch had to settle for second. They came up short against the Broncos, falling 17-6. The Eagles have struggled against the Broncos recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meeting.

Sanford-Fritch's loss dropped their record down to 9-7. As for Clarendon, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 20-5-1.

As of now, neither Sanford-Fritch nor the Broncos have any future games scheduled.
