Marshfield is a perfect 5-0 against Quincy since September of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Rams will head out to square off against the Presidents at 4:00 p.m. Marshfield's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for six straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

On Wednesday, Marshfield came up short against Silver Lake Regional and fell 3-1.

The Rams' goal came courtesy of Cole Sombronsky, who's now up to three this season.

Meanwhile, after low-scoring totals in their previous four contest, Quincy brought some dynamite into their most recent matchup. They came out on top against Plymouth South by a score of 4-2 on Tuesday. The win was a breath of fresh air for Quincy as it put an end to their four-match losing streak.

Marshfield's loss dropped their record down to 5-5-3. As for Quincy, their victory bumped their record up to 3-10.

Marshfield took their win against Quincy in their previous meeting back in September of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Rams since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
