Softball Recap: Port Washington Pirates vs. Nicolet Knights

Port Washington scored the most runs they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Nicolet Knights with a sharp 22-4 win. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

Port Washington got a great performance from Piper Morgan as she struck out seven batters over five innings while giving up four earned runs off seven hits.

On the hitting side, Sierra Miller and Hope Gilhooly did most of the damage at the plate: Miller scored three runs and stole four bases while going 3-for-3, while Gilhooly went 3-for-3 with a home run, five RBI, and two runs.
