Basketball Game Preview: Aurora Huskies vs. Hastings Tigers

The Aurora Huskies will take on the Hastings Tigers at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Aurora is coming into the match hot, having won their last three games.

Aurora is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They blew past Schuyler 59-18 on Friday. The Huskies have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four games by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Hastings came into Saturday's contest having lost six straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They took down Lexington 39-20 on Saturday.

Hastings' victory bumped their record up to 3-8. As for Aurora, the win got them back to even at 5-5.

Aurora was able to grind out a solid victory over Hastings when the teams last played back in January of 2024, winning 51-43. Will Aurora repeat their success, or does Hastings have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
