Basketball Recap: Christian Heritage Comes Up Short

Christian Heritage won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Tuesday. They were dealt an 81-53 loss at the hands of the Dale Pirates. The Crusaders have struggled against the Pirates recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.

Christian Heritage's defeat dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Dale, they pushed their record up to 19-2 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Christian Heritage has already played their next game (against Oklahoma Christian), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Dale will venture away from home to square off against Vanoss at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Dale knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past ten matchups -- so hopefully Vanoss likes a good challenge.
